Fallen into an exercise rut? Need something new and fun to stay motivated? This 6-week class is designed for people at the “intermediate” fitness level who are looking to further improve their fitness level in a fun and supportive environment. Each class will consist of a warm-up, strength and cardio exercises, cool-down and stretch. All exercises and activities can be modified for any fitness level and all body shapes, sizes, and genders are welcome and supported.
Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Cancellation Policies
If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. Otherwise, your registration is non-refundable. There are no refunds or make ups for missed classes.
