This is not your average fitness class! This wholistic 6-week course is specifically designed for people who are just starting their fitness journey or who have fallen off course for a while. Participants will not only improve their fitness level in a fun and supportive environment, they will also gain a greater understanding of health as it relates to their unique body via nutrition, strength, flexibility, endurance and injury prevention coaching. Each class will consist of a warm-up, focused workout, and nutrition strategies. Over the course of the 6 weeks, participants will create an individualized plan for the next stage of their fitness journey. All exercises and activities can be modified for any fitness level and all body shapes, sizes, and genders are welcome and supported.

If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. Otherwise, your registration is non-refundable. There are no refunds or make ups for missed classes.
