Can’t touch your toes with straight legs? High kick not so high? Flexibility is often overlooked and is critical to injury prevention, freedom of movement, and overall health. Learn and practice stretches to increase your flexibility and gain strength as a result. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. All levels welcome.
If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. Deposits/registrations are otherwise non-refundable. There are no refunds or makeup classes for absences.
